本报海口３月２４日讯（记者 孙令卫）海南省价格监测中心日前对海南省建设标准定额站的木材市场价格情况进行了监测，今年２月，海南省部分木材市场平均价格与去年同期相比有所上涨。原因是我国一些建筑用木材（如白木、梢木等）主要来自巴西、印尼等国家，由于２００４年印度洋海啸的影响，印尼房屋损毁严重，灾后重建需要大量木材，致使木材出口量大幅缩减。另外，油价的不断上涨使得运费上涨，这又进一步加大了木材价格上涨的幅度。 Lumber price rose in Hainan The Hainan Price Inspection Center surveyed the fluctuation of wood prices in Hainan province. On the other hand, the increasing oil price led the freightage price to rise. 新华网内蒙古频道３月２５日电（孙新华　蔡亚军）从内蒙古二连海关传来消息，今年前两个月二连口岸进口木材达到４９．３３万立方米，货值４２２２．５８万美元，同比分别增长１７．６９％和３０．０１％。 据二连海关办公室耿亚杰介绍，进口木材中板材的进口量为２．７５万立方米，货值３７５．２９万美元 ，均价１３６．３６美元／立方米，同比增长３５．１５％、５１．６２％和１２．２％；进口原木４６．５７万立方米，货值３８４７．２９万美元，均价８２．６１美元／立方米，同比增长１６．７９％、２８．２３％和９．８％。 据介绍，进口木材量价齐增的原因，一是国内需求的拉动。目前我国年均木材需求量在不断增长，木材缺口很大，导致进口量的增加；二是受二连浩特市木材加工业发展的积极影响。目前二连浩特市木材加工企业已经有２７家，对进口木材具有一定的推动作用。三是随着季节的变化，国内建筑业和装修市场的全面动工，使得木材需求量大幅增加，木材价格全线上涨。 据了解，经二连口岸进口的木材大都从俄罗斯进口。另外，大量的木材进口使海关税收累计征收税款２２７６．０７万元人民币，同比增长３１．８％。同时，二连口岸进口木材的量价的增长，对促进地方经济发展起到了积极作用。（完） Import wood via Erlian port soared in Jan. and Feb. The average price of import log was 82.61 US dollar per m3, which increased by 9.8% compared with that in the same period of last year. It was reported that most of the timbers were imported from Russia. The custom tariff amounted to 22.7607 million RMB Yuan, which increased by 31.8% compared with that in the same period of last year.
